Description
Description
In less than a week, Brigitte Nicholson is left without a boyfriend, without a job and with no desire to continue with the book she was writing. Distressed at an uncertain future, she moves to New York to be with her mother and agrees to help her rebuild the family genealogy. Then Brigitte will discover that Indian blood runs through her veins, since she is a descendant of the Marquise De Margerac, whose name was Wachiwi, and who lies buried in Brittany. When she travels to Paris to investigate, Brigitte meets a handsome professor of the Sorbonne who will help her decipher how a Sioux princess ended up crossing the Atlantic, in the eighteenth century, from the hand of a French nobleman who introduced her to the court of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette.
